Launch Kit buyers

  • Stuck on a submission? Tell us the directory and what happened. We help by email.
  • Lost your access key? Send your Paddle receipt or order number and we send the key again.
  • Want a refund? Within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Email us your order number, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. See Refunds.

The list

  • Found a broken listing? Tell us which directory and what you saw: paid now, form broken, link changed.
  • Know a directory we should check? Send the submit page. We check it by hand before it goes on the list.
  • Run a directory on the list? Send corrections and we re-check it.
