Who we are. Dirproof (dirproof.com) is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@dirproof.com.

What we collect.

• Waitlist: your email address.
• Contact form or email: your email address and your message.
• Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Why we use it. To tell you when Dirproof launches and about early-access pricing (based on your consent when you join the waitlist), to answer your messages, and to run and protect the site (our legitimate interest). We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it. Forms and hosting are handled by Netlify, Inc. (United States). Emails you send us are handled by our email provider. These providers process data on our behalf. Because they may store data outside your country, transfers rely on the providers' standard safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, or until we stop the waitlist. Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months after the conversation ends.

Your progress in the list. Status choices (Todo, Submitted, Approved, Skip) are saved in your own browser's local storage. They are never sent to us, and you can clear them with "Reset progress".

Cookies and analytics. We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this page first.

Your rights. Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to stop using it. Email hello@dirproof.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Children. Dirproof is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes. If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Important changes will be announced on the site.
