Is Futurepedia worth it?

Futurepedia is one of the best-known AI tool directories, but on 2026-10-11 we could not find a public way to submit a new tool. The site footer only offers "Update a Tool", and the old paid submission page on Gumroad returns a 404 error. Prices you see quoted elsewhere ($197, $247 or $497) do not match each other and could not be confirmed.

How to submit, step by step

  1. Check futurepedia.io for a "Submit" link. On 2026-10-11 there was none; the footer only links to "Update a Tool".
  2. If your tool is already listed, use "Update a Tool" to fix the description, pricing and links.
  3. Do not pay third parties who promise a Futurepedia listing unless Futurepedia itself confirms the offer.
  4. Spend the time on directories that do accept submissions now (see the guides below), and check Futurepedia again later.
