Is There's An AI For That worth it?

There's An AI For That (TAAFT) is one of the largest AI directories. The cheapest paid option is now $49 one-time for a basic listing that does not expire. There is also a free route: TAAFT runs a monthly thread on X for indie makers and lists one tool from each thread for free, so the odds are low.

How to submit, step by step

  1. Open theresanaiforthat.com/launch.
  2. Choose a plan. On 2026-10-11 the options were Low traffic ($49, basic listing that never expires), Maximum Exposure ($437, adds a newsletter spot and priority review) and a custom plan on request.
  3. Enter your tool's link and details and pay. The site says average processing takes 1 to 2 days.
  4. For the free route, watch TAAFT's monthly maker thread on X and reply with your tool. One tool per thread is listed for free.

What to prepare

  • Your tool's link and a clear one-line description
  • Pricing details
  • A logo and screenshots

Tips

  • The $49 basic listing is the realistic option for most indie tools; the free thread is a lottery.
  • Write the description for people searching by task ("summarize meetings"), not by your brand name.
